Anyone else tried hot or ‘Bikram’ yoga?
For me, it’s the best kind!
I heard you can burn around 1000 calories in a one hour session. Not only that it helps cleanse your mind and makes you feel calm. It is amazing for strength as well as stretching. Especially for dancers who want to improve their flexibility. Definitely worth giving it a go if you’re on the fence, just remember to take lots of water, a towel and a fresh set of clothes for afterwards! X
